These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of JusBooking LLP’s hotel management software, mobile applications, and related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms under Indian law.

2. Use of Services
  • You will provide accurate registration details and keep them updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under your account.
  • You agree to use the Services lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations.
3. Subscription and Payments
  • Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are due as per your chosen plan
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • JusBooking LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Services belongs to JusBooking LLP or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your hotel operations.

5. User Data

You own the data you input into the Services but grant JusBooking LLP the right to process it to operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

6. Privacy

Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your data.

7. User Responsibilities
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your data and your activities while using the Services.
  • You must protect your account credentials and immediately notify us of unauthorized access.
  • You must comply with applicable laws while using our Services.
8. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
  • Use the Services for unlawful activities, harassment, or fraud.
9. Disclaimers
  • The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • JusBooking LLP does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure Services.
  • We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • JusBooking LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
  • Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to JusBooking LLP in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JusBooking LLP, its employees, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Force Majeure

JusBooking LLP will not be liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, acts of government, or force majeure events.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable laws. You may discontinue use at any time.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, 313001.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
